Positive: Fantastic staff. Customer service was genuinely friendly. Will certainly stay there again in the future. I couldn't leave the place without a chance to thank them.

Negative: I can only think of one suggestion, to put a light over the shower. The single light in the bathroom didn't illuminate that area. Otherwise, all good!
